Our class theme for today is Nature Painting with Miss Amanda.
We started off by singing and dancing in a big circle, then we got our treasure hunt games ready! We made treasure maps, explored the art room, and created stories about specific things that we saw. Then, we painted nature scenes on some blank canvas paper using watercolor paints. After all of this activity, we came together for an interactive dialogue to share what we learned and loved about our day together!
Our art experiment was a great success! It was a fun and exciting day for all of us. We had the chance to create our own paintings, paint nature and learn new things about the environment.
